Nobu Polanco is the Mexico City flagship of Nobu Matsuhisa's group, on Anatole France a block off Avenida Presidente Masaryk. It brings the same Japanese cooking crossed with Peruvian ingredients and technique that made the brand a fixture in every luxury market it enters, delivered to a Polanco crowd that treats it as a default for business dinners and long celebratory nights.
The menu is the canon. Black cod marinated in miso, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, tiradito, rock shrimp tempura and the new style sashimi all sit alongside a full sushi list and an omakase for guests who want the kitchen to decide.
