Nobu One Za'abeel sits on Level 24 of The Link, the sky concourse between One Za'abeel's twin towers, home to the One&Only One Za'abeel hotel. It is the first Nobu room built around a late-night program, layering a DJ-led bar and lounge onto Nobu's usual dinner service. Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Japanese-Peruvian cooking runs against a view of Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai skyline. It opened in January 2026.
The dining room runs as one long span inside a 230-meter cantilevered structure high above the city. Design carries the clean lines and natural materials of Nobu's other flagship rooms, scaled up for the glass and the height. Past the dining floor, the room opens into a bar and lounge that runs later than dinner, the skyline view carrying into the night.
The menu runs Nobu's core repertoire: yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, garlic puree and Japanese citrus soy; a tuna sashimi salad in Matsuhisa's own onion soy dressing; rock shrimp tempura in a creamy spicy sauce with yuzu; and black cod marinated in den miso and broiled to order. Dishes are built to share across the table, the format that built Nobu's name.
Dinner runs nightly, with an extra hour added Friday and Saturday, and weekend lunch adds a daytime seating Friday through Sunday. Later hours lean into the bar and lounge side of the room, with DJ sets folding into the evening. Dress code is smart elegant, and parties of four or more need a credit card guarantee to book.
